Brit Hotel Loches

First time staying at the BritHotel Loches for five nights April 20 through April 25, two couples / two rooms. The rooms were impeccably clean, as was the entire hotel. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was very good. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and were treated well by all staff without exception throughout our stay. A U.S. high school stayed for 2 nights (?) while we were there, and the staff handled it very well, especially during breakfast. The buffet was kept stocked and we never lacked for any choice. I would like to recognize in particular two young women who worked the front desk, always with a smile on their face, quick to recommend restaurants in town and a real pleasure to deal with. Location of hotel makes it easy to get to the center of Loches, as well as to bypass the town and visit the Chateau of the Loire. We visit Loches about once a year, having stayed at a nearby hotel in the past. Our stays in the future will be the BritHotel from now on. Thank you, Michel Gerard

Booked suite for room to spread out. Great bed, bathroom. Quiet - double glazed windows and doors. Only negatives were: - 2 types of pillows on offer, rectangular like a rock and square euro type, too high; so bad, we went out and purchased our own for decent nights sleep; - restaurant attached, "closed for annual holidays" - only in France.... Would highly recommend and stay again - with own pillow.
